This hands-on role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with HR and suppliers to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution operations or manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of implementing sustainable, metrics‑driven solutions.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and supervising staff in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations and special projects to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with daily order fulfillment goals.
• Evaluate and improve processes; manage budgets related to labor, packaging, and maintenance; prepare performance reports.
• Schedule, train, and develop staff; conduct interviews and performance evaluations; collaborate with HR and staffing agencies.
