Job summary

PPG is seeking a warehouse supervisor to ensure delivery plan goals by effectively managing operational staff and resources. The role is on-site in Iztacalco, Estado de Mexico, reporting to the Warehouse Chief.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining KPI performance, promoting the company culture, and analyzing data to prepare weekly and monthly presentations. The position requires a degree in engineering or business administration and 3 years in warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Business Administration degree.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• English: intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Train operational staff following procedures.
• Ensure compliance with performance indicators.
• Promote a work culture established by the company.
• Manage, control and guarantee all operational resources across shifts.
• Analyze results data and prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
• Manage personnel.
