Jotun Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics operations, inventory control, and personnel coordination with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and adherence to HSEQ standards in a dynamic warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a similar role, solid ERP and MS Office skills, and experience in warehouse KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience using ERP systems in warehouse settings.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• 3–5 years in a similar warehouse supervisor role.
• Intermediate/Advanced English preferred.
• Experience with warehouse procedures and KPIs.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Forklift experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
• Manage warehouse personnel to execute tasks efficiently and with quality.
• Lead the team to develop and coach members to meet current and future needs.
• Organize handling of all incoming orders and related activities.
• Plan daily distribution and related activities.
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, QA, storage, counting, and distribution.
• Handle non-conforming goods.
• Monitor transport delivery performance.
