PPG is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead operations at our facility in Iztacalco, Estado de Mexico. You will train staff, ensure KPIs, and manage resources across shifts to meet delivery plans.

The role includes data-driven reporting and personnel management to sustain a high-performing team. Reporting to the Warehouse Chief, you will contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency while leveraging your background in industrial or mechanical engineering and business administration.

Formación

• Education in Industrial, Mechanical or Business Administration.
• 3 years in warehouse management.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• English: intermediate.

As a warehouse supervisor, you will ensure the achievement of the delivery plan goals established by management through the management of operational staff, optimizing the resources of the operation.

You will work reporting to the Warehouse Chief.

Key Responsibilities

• You will train operational staff following operational procedures.
• You will ensure compliance with performance indicators.
• You will promote a work culture established by our company.
• You will manage, control, and guarantee all operational resources according to the area's demand across different shifts.
• You will analyze results data, reports, and prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
• You will manage personnel

Qualifications

• Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• Experience: 3 years in warehouse management
• Office skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• English: intermediate
