You will assign daily workloads, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring a safe and compliant warehouse environment.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to meet delivery schedules.

Formación

• Experience leading a warehouse shift and assigning daily tasks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a shift of warehouse operators and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Assign daily workloads and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Support safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
