Johnson Matthey in Querétaro, MX seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a shift of warehouse operators and to execute daily tasks in line with JM supply and logistics standards.

You will assign daily workloads, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring a safe and compliant warehouse environment.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to meet delivery schedules.
