Johnson Controls is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Mexico to handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distributing materials. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and documentation, with daily coordination with supervisors and cross-functional teams.

You will tackle inventory counts, maintain records, and support ad-hoc tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Formación

• Accurate and detail-oriented daily work.
• Ability to carry loads up to 25 kg.
• Forklift driving license required.
• Experience with SAP or Baan is a plus.
• Basic communication with internal teams and external contacts.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities with the supervisor.
• Receive shipments, process goods receipt, verify materials.
• Support picking, packing and distribution of goods.
• Record incoming/outgoing goods and maintain documentation.
• Keep the warehouse organized and perform light maintenance.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and update stock levels.
• Maintain systematic filing and supporting records.
• Communicate by email with buyers, CS, and forwarders as needed.
• Assist ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
