Job summary

Keywords Studios in Mexico City is seeking a Robot Master to operate remote tools and monitor autonomous robots at client sites. You will decide when robots can move and assist with navigation to ensure smooth operations in warehouses.

The role requires strong focus, teamwork, autonomy, and the ability to learn new technologies, including RTS simulators. On-site work with rotating shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, stay focused, and make sensible decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Experience with RTS, 2D/3D simulators and racing games is a plus.
• Strong English language skills and warehouse exposure are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist robot navigation at 24/7 sites using remote control tools.
• Provide continuous support to prevent production disruptions.
• Coordinate with teammates to maintain site coverage.
• Document robot operations and report daily status.
• Create tickets and escalate to Tier 2 if needed.
• Identify issues and elevate to management as required.
• Suggest improvements to streamline operations.
