Job summary

Quicktron Robotics is seeking an on-site Project Engineer to drive multi-site deployment of mobile robotics solutions in Mexico City. You will coordinate engineering design, site setup, commissioning, and client training while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Computing, or related engineering field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English in professional engineering/client-facing environment.
• Valid local Mexico work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• Able to perform software system setup, configuration, and basic scripting independently.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute project tasks per plan under Project Manager guidance, including site layout, engineering design, site setup, commissioning, and client training.
• Monitor project metrics across schedule, cost, and quality.
• Lead on-site contractors and third-party vendors.
• Maintain close communication with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Review deliverables and initiate corrective actions when issues arise.
