Symbotic is seeking an on-site System Operator in Mexico to monitor, operate, and support its automated warehouse platform. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Support to keep automated vehicles and software running safely and efficiently.

The role demands attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment. English literacy is preferred; site-based responsibilities apply.

Formación

• Must be able to monitor, operate and troubleshoot automation systems safely.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret dashboards and logs.
• Effective communicator, able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure safe, reliable, efficient operations.
• Respond to system alerts and downtime, coordinating production flow to minimize disruption.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Support to maximize system uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements at site level.
• Support scheduling, inventory movement, and overall operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot software, automation and equipment issues; escalate as needed.
• Monitor dashboards, queues, and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
• Use diagnostics tools, SQL queries, and scripting for system monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Document events and corrective actions; train operators on troubleshooting and standard work.
• Maintain system expertise and serve as on-site automation resource.
