Job summary

Axiom seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for Flex Guadalajara North to support production by managing material flow, inventories, and supply chain activities on the factory floor. You will coordinate teams to ensure timely material delivery and maintain accurate stock records.

You will monitor the production plan, control material supply via kits and pull systems, and conduct inventories to balance the traceability system while auditing manufacturing transactions for accuracy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Knowledge in interpretation of control of the Master Production Plan.
• Advanced management of BAAN (work orders).
• Inventory control and production control experience.
• Intermediate English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of materials in the production line according to the production plan per shift.
• Coordinate personnel for the correct flow of materials between processes to deliver to the warehouse as a finished product.
• Monitor the production plan and ensure timely material supply through kits and pull systems.
• Analyze inventories and follow up on short purchases to minimize line stoppages.
• Conduct physical inventories and balance material traceability in the manufacturing system.
