Job summary

Flex Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Guadalajara North site. You will manage material supply to the production line, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate inventory and traceability.

This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires experience with BAAN, production planning, and English proficiency. The position involves ensuring timely material availability, inventory accuracy, and coordination across processes to meet the production plan.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Knowledge in interpretation of the Master Production Plan.
• Advanced management of BAAN (work orders).
• Inventory control experience.
• Production control experience.
• Intermediate English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production plan.
• Coordinate supply of materials to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct physical counts.
• Balance assembled material against the system for traceability.
• Ensure correct flow of materials between processes per shift.
