Axiom is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for Flex Guadalajara North to support material supply for the production line and oversee the correct flow of materials between processes toward finished goods.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will monitor the production plan, manage BAAN work orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead staff to ensure timely deliveries to the warehouse while upholding traceability and compliance.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Master Production Plan interpretation.
• Advanced BAAN (work orders) management.
• Inventory control and production control experience.
• Intermediate English required.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Staff management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the production plan and ensure on-time material supply.
• Coordinate staff for correct flow of materials between processes to the warehouse.
• Manage stock of raw materials and kits; follow pull system and UPLs.
• Conduct physical inventories and reconcile with system records.
• Balance assembled product traceability and audit manufacturing transactions.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Flex Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager this role will be responsible for Manage the supply of materials in the production line, coordinate personnel in charge for the correct flow of materials between processes according to the production plan per shift and process to deliver to the warehouse as a finished product.

What a typical day looks like:

• Monitoring of the production plan.
• Ensure the supply of raw material in the production line through KITS and Pullsystem and follow-up to UPLs.
• Analyze the inventories of materials registered in the materials ticket, following up on short purchases, to define the real time in which the materials can impact a line stoppage.
• Carry out inventories of short components to ensure the accuracy of the inventory in the floor location, comparing the physical against what is registered in the system.
• Prepare a physical inventory of the assembled material to balance the assembled product traceability system, auditing manufacturing system transactions, to ensure its veracity
