Job summary

Flex Guadalajara North is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage material supply for the production line, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate inventory flow per the shift plan. The role requires knowledge of Master Production Plan interpretation and BAAN work orders, with emphasis on inventory and production control.

Ideal candidates will have BA/BS degrees, intermediate English, and strong experience in staff management and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of materials in the production line and coordinate personnel for correct flow of materials.
• Monitor the production plan and ensure timely material availability.
• Analyze inventory registered in materials tickets and follow up on short purchases.
• Carry out inventories to ensure accuracy of on-floor inventory.
• Balance material traceability by auditing manufacturing system transactions.
