Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. You will plan, lead, and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.

The role includes leading supervisors and staff, driving KPIs, improving processes, and ensuring on-time fulfillment. Occasional travel may be required. Strong English and ERP/WMS experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience as Warehouse Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Advanced English-language proficiency.
• Experience leading supervisors and warehouse personnel.
• Strong knowledge of core warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory control).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP platforms.
• Experience managing warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, on-time fulfillment, costs, safety).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, lead, and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, storage, value-added services, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory control).
• Be responsible for product traceability, operational efficiency, workforce and capacity planning, safety, cost control, and on-time customer fulfillment.
• Lead supervisors and warehouse personnel, monitor operational KPIs, resolve fulfillment issues, implement continuous-improvement initiatives.
