Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Warehouse Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities and to drive accuracy in receiving, storage, and shipping processes.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle/JDE WMS, and an advanced level of English. You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and champion continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing receiving, shipping, and storage activities.
• At least 3 years supervising non-exempt staff.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/JDE and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Advanced level of English.
