Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage material reception, storage, and outbound flows to production in Ciénega de Flores. You will supervise picking/packing, ensure fulfillment accuracy, monitor stock levels, and drive process improvements while leading a team through rotating shifts.

The role requires at least 3 years in material management or inventory control, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP/WMS.

Formación

• Requires a completed professional degree and at least 3 years in material management or inventory control.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM or equivalent, WMS familiarity preferred.
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee material reception, storage, and outbound flows to production.
• Supervise picking/packing, and ensure accuracy of fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform audits, report shortages/excesses.
• Lead and train warehouse staff; implement safety procedures.
• Generate reports on performance and incidents; drive improvements.
