is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, drive on-time material flow from receiving to shipping, and maintain accurate ERP inventory records. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong organization, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years of supervision experience, inventory control expertise, and proficiency with ERP

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
Experience supervising personnel.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and material traceability within the ERP system.
Coordinate material availability to support production schedules.
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Supervise and develop warehouse personnel.
Coordinate material movements between Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Shipping.
Ensure compliance with FIFO, safety regulations, and 5S standards.
Monitor warehouse performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
