Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of Logistics regulations such as CTPAT & OEA.
• Intermediate English level.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and manage a team that receives, handles, stores, and dispatches products and services to customers.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow.
• Develops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Recommend measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost performance of work crews and equipment.
• Ensure productivity and KPI targets are met by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork.
