Zusammenfassung

PPG, located in Tepexpan, Mexico, is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Auxiliary to safeguard inventory integrity, oversee the finished product billing process, and drive continuous improvement in internal workflows.

You will collect, review, and analyze confidential data, and prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentations. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and support monthly closings and inventory reviews.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience in similar positions.
• Education level: Bachelor.
• Excel proficiency for complex functions.
• Knowledge of inventories, billing process and excellent operative systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, OTM, WMS.

• Manage the internal inventory.
• Review inputs and outputs from warehouse.
• Creation and follow up purchase orders of goods and services.
• Report closings monthly.
