Job summary

PPG in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Planner and Inventory professional to ensure timely materials supply for production, maintain optimal stock levels, and follow internal procurement guidelines.

You will analyze SKU plans, manage raw material inventories, coordinate with suppliers, and forecast needs to keep production running smoothly. The role reports to the Supply Manager and offers in-person work Monday through Thursday with flexible Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Engineering degree required.
• 3–4 years of experience in inventories, supply planning and supplier management.
• Intermediate English level required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SKU-level supply plans to determine material requirements aligned with working capital goals.
• Verify and control raw material inventory levels based on min/max policies and storage capacity.
• Statistically analyze historical and projected consumption to determine replenishment.
• Generate month-end inventory projections to ensure working capital objectives.
• Plan, organize, and negotiate with suppliers for timely material delivery to ensure production continuity.
• Analyze daily production schedules to ensure material availability for uninterrupted processes.
