ABB in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping in line with production schedules.

You will optimize layouts, manage KPIs, implement quality tools, and ensure ISO standards compliance while driving cost reductions and process improvements in a high-demand environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, industrial engineering or related.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• Experience leading warehouse optimization projects.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 16001, 45001).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure performance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to reduce costs.
• Investigate discrepancies, damages, or delays in shipments.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time shipments.
• Ensure compliance with quality tools and ISO standards.
