ABB is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment professional to support the development of planning processes and tools in Apodaca, Nuevo León. You will ensure inventory targets are met, optimize stock levels, and support end-to-end supply chain improvements.

The role requires a solid background in production planning and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA) with strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience in ETO/MTO environments. On-site role with English proficiency expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.
• 6+ years in Production Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in ETO/MTO environments and engineering change management.
• ERP experience (SAP ECC/S4HANA) for MRP, planning, inventory, PO processing.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory levels and optimize them to meet targets and high service levels.
• Support inventory management for finished, semi-finished goods and raw materials per guidelines.
• Analyze DIH, on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
• Identify root causes of non-performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement and Supply Chain.

You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company’s targets while ensuring high customer service level.Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished/semi-finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines.Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.6+ years of experience in Production Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations within a manufacturing environment.Experience working in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and/or Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments with knowledge of customized production processes and engineering change management.Extensive hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, for MRP execution, production planning, procurement, inventory management, purchase order processing, and reporting.Strong understanding of Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, Procurement Processes, Capacity Planning, and Manufacturing Operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate planning data, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, and planning tools.Advanced English Level is required for the role.Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
