Magneti Marelli Parts & Services is seeking a Warehouse Incoming General Supervisor to join the Marelli Electronics Team in Mexico. The role reports to the Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics Manager and focuses on efficient handling and storage of electronic components and finished goods.

You will lead warehouse operations, optimize processes, and ensure safety and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams across procurement, production, and quality assurance.

Formación

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar role (3–5 years).
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of products.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure quality standards are met and products are handled according to procedures.
• Enforce safety regulations and provide a safe working environment for warehouse employees.
• Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations.
