Marelli is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Electronics Design team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will lead electronics product development from concept to launch, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers to meet scope, cost, and timing.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering robust electronics solutions for the automotive sector.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Eng.
• Master’s degree in PM/Engineering or MBA desirable.
• 5+ years in project management, product development, or engineering.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or product development.
• Autometive/embedded systems experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electronics product development projects from planning to launch.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, cost targets, and regulatory compliance.
• Support design reviews, validation, and product qualification.
