Marelli in Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Plant Purchasing Specialist to join the AL&S team, reporting to the Purchasing Manager at Plant 1. The role focuses on timely, cost-effective procurement for the plant and requires close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5+ years in procurement, strong Excel/data skills, and fluency in English to communicate with global suppliers. A hybrid work model is offered to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Fluent English (required for global supplier communication).
• Strong understanding of plastic resins and processing.

About The Position

We are looking for a Plant Purchasing Specialist to join the Pursaching AL&S team, reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager.

This position is based at our office in Juarez, Mexico, Plant 1.

As the Plant Purchasing Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....

What Qualifications You Will Bring
