Magneti Marelli Parts & Services in Toluca, Mexico, seeks a proactive logistics leader to ensure on-time, accurate customer fulfillment by managing finished goods and warehouse activities, and by coordinating ASN transmissions and EDI-driven forecasts. You will lead inventory accuracy, support customer audits, and optimize space and processes, leveraging IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 knowledge.

A Bachelor’s in Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field plus advanced

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive industry (customer service or warehouse leadership).
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate receipt of customer requirements via EDI 830/862/846.
• Weekly review of forecast for next 12 weeks and resource planning.
• Balance resources weekly to stabilize utilization.
• Review tickets and alerts to meet customer requirements and avoid penalties.
• Communicate delivery dates outside lead times to customers.
• Manage shipments and ASN transmissions for each shipment.
• Reject requirements beyond agreed flexibility or lead time during feasibility checks.
• Maintain MMOG compliance and lead customer audits.
• Ensure 100% finished goods inventory accuracy via daily counts.
• Handle finished goods in plant and external warehouses.
• Manage storage space allocation and finished goods layout.
• Prevent extraordinary freight costs due to shortages.
• Ensure proper use of QMS, EMS, OH&S documentation and records.
