APM Terminals is seeking an experienced HR Generalist located in Cuautitlán. This role involves ensuring compliance with HR procedures within the warehouse and providing comprehensive support to employees and leaders.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of labor legislation, and proficiency in HR systems, especially Workday. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively managing HR cases.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, including at least 3 years in warehouse HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation (LFT) and hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Proven track record in warehouse start-ups and operational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with HR procedures and regulations within the warehouse.
• Provide administrative and face-to-face support to employees and leaders.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, training, and change management activities.
