Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a reliable manufacturing operator to join its production team. You will operate and monitor light to medium machinery, perform quality checks, and follow safety procedures to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and understand the mechanical functions of machines, including ink mixing and color matching.
• Perform quality tests in line with ISO procedures and maintain productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues with limited supervision.
• Train and assist other operators in understanding and applying job documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and established safety practices, including PPE.
• Build positive working relationships within the team and department.
• Learn, adhere to, and follow company processes, policies, and directions.
• Train team members as directed.
• Uphold company values and standards in all activities.
