MKS Inc. in Nogales, Sonora is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of materials. You will unpack, inspect and record goods against PO/invoices and prepare shipments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in shipping/receiving, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic arithmetic; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional forklift operation in a manufacturing/warehousing setting.

Formación

• 1+ years of related experience in shipping, receiving, stores
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to read PO/invoices
• High school or vocational training preferred

This position will be reporting Warehouse Coordinator

Principal Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment
• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary
• Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift
• Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped
• Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment
• Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers

Required Skills:

• Experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
• 1+ years of related experience

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
