Zebra Technologies in Querétaro, MX, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct inventories, manage shipments, operate forklifts, and help train junior staff while maintaining clean, organized spaces and adhering to safety standards. The position requires physical stamina and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision
• Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals
• Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

What We’re Looking For:
