Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Toluca, Mexico, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive VPS@Work improvements, develop and simulate training courses in Lean Manufacturing, and lead cost-reduction projects to boost customer service excellence.

You will schedule 5S audits, follow up on VPS board action plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A BA in Industrial Engineering with 2 years of automotive industry experience and advanced English are required.

Qualifications

• BA in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and Kaizen practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate VPS@Work Improvements Events.
• Follows up action plans VPS board.
• Develops and simulations for training courses in Lean Manufacturing.
• Develop production VPS@Work Improvements Projects and cost reduction, to ensure excellence standards in customer service.
• Schedule and keep documentation to 5's audits.
