Freudenberg is seeking an Operations Leader to organize, direct and run day-to-day plant operations, providing support to all teams and integrating workflows. You will monitor KPIs monthly and ensure schedule compliance for machines and facilities, while fostering cost improvements and lean practices.

You will lead labor relations, performance reviews and salary decisions, uphold safety directives, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to maintain quality and productivity across Vitechmex

Formación

• Solid analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
• Problem solving abilities; ability to lead teams.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, quality, maintenance and engineering.
• Understanding of budgeting/expense management.
• Bilingual: English / Spanish; 5–8 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, direct and run day-to-day operations for plant teams and workflow integration.
• Determine operations KPIs and track monthly with staff.
• Ensure schedule compliance for machines and facilities; assist in equipment installation.
• Lead labor relations and conduct regular performance appraisals and salary reviews.
• Drive continuous cost improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives; ensure safety compliance.
