Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Cross-disciplinary Controls professional to strengthen end-to-end risk governance across assessment, design, MCA, QA, and reporting.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop corrective action plans, oversee policy adherence, and support governance committees, ensuring high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk management or control-related functions.
• Ability to identify and measure key risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge of control development and execution.
• Experience with AI governance and GenAI policy management preferred.
• English advanced.

Responsibilities

• Assess the effectiveness of existing controls and implement improvements.
• Drive controls enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management and policy adherence.
• Support MCA program oversight and reporting.
• Assist MCA in line with ORM Policy and Standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to close control gaps.
• Participate in issue quality reviews.
• Support standardized risk and controls reporting for senior management and regulators.
• Coordinate Citi governance committee operations and follow-up.
