The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and has 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing. Critical skills include Lean Manufacturing knowledge and proficiency with CAD software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept through implementation. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements. The Project Engineer works cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Lead manufacturing projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and production ramp-ups.
• Coordinate equipment, tooling, and process validation activities.
• Analyze drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for process improvements.

Qualifications (Summary)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.
• Experience with CAD software and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
