Nordyne, a Rheem Company, seeks an experienced engineering leader in Ramos Arizpe to drive turnkey projects from concept through closure. You will oversee mechanical and electrical design, support capital investments, and guide the transfer of production lines in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks and PLC programming. HVAC familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the position.
• Experience in manufacturing and metalworks processes.
• HVAC process experience is highly desirable.
• Leads and tracks development of turnkey projects from definition to closure.
• Experience designing and supervising machinery, tooling and die construction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and track project development from definition through implementation.

• Justify and execute capital investments.
• Manage transfer and implementation of production lines including installation, commissioning and validation of industrial equipment.
• Lead manufacturing changes for new product introductions and engineering changes.

• Bachelor's degree/Degree in: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering
• 5 years of experience in position is required
• Experience in manufacturing and metalworks processes
• Experience in HVAC processes is highly desirable
• Leads and track the development of projects from its definition, conceptualization, detail, engineering, cost evaluation, justification, construction, implementation, training and closure, always giving a professional service of turnkey projects to the costumer department.
• Purchase & Supervises the mechanical or electrical design/construction of machinery, equipment, tool & die.
• Justifies and executes capital investments
• Essential experience in the transfer and implementation of production lines, including the installation, commissioning, and validation of industrial machinery and equipment within manufacturing environments.
• Management of AutoCAD, inventor, SolidWorks, visual studio and programming Software Allen Bradley. Microsoft project (preferred)
• Experience leading team works and direct reports.
• Lead manufacturing changes related to new product introductions and engineering changes
