Position Overview

The Projects Engineer will drive planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects in line with corporate requirements and client specifications. Serving as a key liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, the successful candidate will ensure that project milestones are met on‑time, within scope, and within budget—while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Allocate and track resources—human, technological, and financial
• Utilize project planning tools (Gantt charts, KPIs, reporting)
• Oversee cross‑functional teams and mentor project staff
• Coordinate prototype builds, validation, and production launches
• Identify and mitigate project risks and performance issues
• Ensure adherence to ISO quality and manufacturing standards
• Drive cost‑saving and efficiency‑improvement initiatives
• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related
• 3–5 years of experience leading engineering or NPI/NPD projects
• Strong skills in project management (budget, schedule, scope)
• Understanding of electrical processes, metals, molding, and Lean
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and part cost estimation
• Familiarity with financial analysis (P&L)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools
• Knowledge of ISO systems and Lean manufacturing concepts
• Prior exposure to electrical infrastructure or digital systems projects
