Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Pre-Analyst to translate customer feedback into clear problem statements and support issue resolution across quality and service. You will analyze warranty, parts data, and service reports, then collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and customer service teams.

Candidates need strong communication, data analysis, and detail orientation to triage issues, prioritize actions, and drive continuous process improvements for better customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering is preferred; other bachelor’s degrees may be considered with relevant work experience.
• Fluently English conversational.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations, or quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical information to stakeholders.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information for trends and issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Voice of the Customer (VOC) analysis from warranty, parts, and service data.
• Listen to customer feedback to identify patterns and issues.
• Analyze data to identify emerging problems with products or services.
• Prioritize issues by severity and impact on customers.
• Triaging issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Craft detailed problem statements with context and data.
• Support issue owners through resolution and decision-making.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in regular meetings to review metrics and drive improvements.
• Seek feedback to refine how we capture and address customer concerns.
