Stellantis in Toluca, Mexico seeks a Pre-Analyst to translate customer feedback into actionable quality and service improvements. You will synthesize warranty data, service reports, and supplier inputs to understand issues.

Collaborating with product development, engineering, quality and customer service, you will craft problem statements, support issue resolution, and monitor progress to drive continuous improvements and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field preferred; other degrees with relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations, or quality.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data for insights and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with strong problem‑solving capability.

Responsabilidades

• Voice of the Customer (VOC): analyze warranty, parts return data, and service reports to understand customer experiences.
• Identify, triage and prioritize issues based on severity and impact.
• Craft detailed problem statements with relevant context and data.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, QA, and customer service to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to issue owners and monitor resolution progress.
• Participate in regular reviews to drive process improvements.
• Proactively seek stakeholder feedback to refine capture and addressing of concerns.
