Stellantis seeks a Pre-Analyst to ensure effective communication between customers and the company. The role focuses on VOC from warranty, service reports and feedback to identify issues and support resolution with product development and quality teams.

Responsibilities include data analysis, problem statement development, prioritization, and continuous improvement of issue management processes. Fluency in English and a strong engineering background are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations, or quality.
• Fluently English conversational.
• Strong communication and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret customer feedback to identify patterns and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support owners.
• Triage and prioritize quality/service issues by severity and impact.
• Develop clear problem statements with context and supporting data.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders on open issues.
