Stellantis is seeking a Field Quality Engineer to lead rapid triage and advanced diagnostics across ICE, Hybrid, and BEV platforms. You will identify root causes, validate repairs, and collaborate with dealers and engineering to reduce VOR time and improve Fixed Right First Repair performance.

You will document analyses, drive corrective actions, and ensure clear communication of findings to cross-functional teams. A background in automotive diagnostics and wiring schematics is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of automotive diagnostics/field quality experience.
• Proven root cause analysis and fault isolation skills across electrical, software, and network domains.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, service information, and repair validation methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical triage for complex customer concerns.
• Diagnose propulsion, electrical, software, and charging issues.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using logs and data.
• Validate repairs, software updates, and post-repair performance.
• Document findings and corrective actions clearly for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with dealership, engineering, service, quality, and parts teams to close escalations.
