PepsiCo Mexico is seeking a Vulnerability Management Services Associate Analyst to support remediation of database vulnerabilities globally. The role collaborates with Information Security, infrastructure, application, and IT management teams to drive remediation efforts across technologies supported by Global Compute.

You will help oversee vulnerability remediation for North America sectors, coordinate with application and technical teams, and monitor remediation effectiveness.

Formación

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with Information Security or Vulnerability Management is preferred (6 months).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams (IT, security, infrastructure).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate to remediate database vulnerabilities globally with Information Security and infrastructure teams.
• Define patch prioritization and remediation plans including timelines.
• Support patching and automation improvements, reducing manual tasks.
• Improve CMDB quality for database records in partnership with MSP as needed.
• Support server vulnerability remediation for North America sectors.
• Coordinate with application and technical teams on remediation efforts.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of remediation activities.
