The ideal candidate has 10+ years in tech leadership, experience guiding large-scale transformations, and a proven ability to implement AI-driven development and workforce effectiveness programs within a regulated, global firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including hands-on program delivery management and execution.
• Proven track record turning around complex or failing technology initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational change management and workforce effectiveness in large tech organizations.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven development practices at scale with measurable impact.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Technology Leader to drive strategy, operational excellence, and execution across a complex technology organization. This role will connect technology teams and business verticals, strengthen delivery governance, lead strategic portfolio execution, and directly drive the recovery complex technology initiatives.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead technical delivery and release management across technology teams, ensuring execution against strategic priorities, delivery standards, and business objectives.
• Drive technology operations and continuous improvement, identifying delivery risks and directly leading recovery efforts for complex or underperforming initiatives.
• Own strategic portfolio execution and OKRs, aligning priorities, resources, dependencies, and outcomes across technology verticals.
• Establish and strengthen delivery governance, holding peer- level technology leaders accountable for execution, quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead organizationaland workforce effectiveness initiatives, including capacity planning, utilization analysis, organization design, and change management.
• Drive technology transformation and AI adoption, including AI-assisted development, testing, and delivery practices that improve productivity and quality.

Requiered qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including direct hands- on program delivery management and technical program execution.
• Proven experience turning around complex or failing technology initiatives, including diagnosing root causes and directly implementing recovery strategies.
• Experience leading organizational change management and workforce effectiveness within large, complex technology organizations, including capacity planning, utilization, and organization design.
• Hands- on experience implementing AI-driven development practices at scale, such as AI-assisted coding, testing, or delivery tooling, with mesurable adoption and productivity or quality impact.
• Experience managing technology vendors and senior executive reporting, including renewals, negotiations and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking, capital markets, or another highly regulated industry, particularly within complex technology environments.
• Experience leading technology delivery recovery or program rescue within a regulated environment.
• Experience designing or implementing an AI-driven software development lifecycle, combined with formal organizational change management or workforce organizational effectiveness expertise.
