We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Puebla (Onsite) and act as a Subject Matter Expert, driving the evolution of our application landscape and aligning technology with our global IT strategy.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape end-to-end technology solutions across multiple platforms, and mentor the next generation of tech talent.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in Solution/Software Architecture roles, ideally within an international context. Experience in Financial Services is highly beneficial.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on focus on Cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Domain Knowledge: Solid foundation in Web & Mobile application architecture, CRM, Contact Center technologies, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Architecture & Delivery: Deep understanding of Enterprise/Solution Architecture, full project lifecycles, and Change/Project Management methodologies.
• Leadership & Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal). Proven ability to lead teams in a matrix structure and mentor peers.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
