PwC México is seeking an AI Developer - Senior Manager to lead the implementation and integration of business applications across our advisory and service lines in Mexico City. You will guide large projects, mentor teams, and partner with clients to deliver strategic technology outcomes.

You will apply systems thinking, drive operational excellence, and champion innovative technologies while ensuring high-performing, diverse teams and clear client storytelling.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

As an AI Developer - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escape.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level and drive overall project success. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 7 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required
