Crowe México is seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Strategy Manager to lead delivery across technology teams, align initiatives with strategic priorities, and drive AI-enabled transformation.

The role requires 10+ years in technology leadership, hands-on program delivery, and proven skills in change management, governance, and vendor management. Hybrid work; based in Mexico with travel to Tijuana every two weeks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership and program delivery.
• Proven ability to turn around complex technology initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational change and workforce effectiveness.
• Hands-on AI-driven development practices at scale with measurable impact.
• Experience managing technology vendors and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and release management across technology teams.
