Changan Mexico is seeking a Sales and DND Director to lead our sales strategy in Mexico City and drive dealer network growth. You will oversee national targets, monitor dealer performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance to optimize profitability.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in automotive sales, proven leadership, and advanced English (C1). Travel availability is required, and a Bachelor's in Business or Engineering is expected; MBA is a plus.

Formación

• 10+ years in automotive sales experience.
• Direct experience with dealer networks preferred.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.

We're hiring: Sales and DND Director for Changan Mexico We're looking for a Sales and DND Director to join our team in Mexico City and lead our sales strategy and dealer network growth.

What we're looking for:

• ~10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks
• ~ Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position
• ~ Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market
• ~ Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability
• ~ Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• ~ Advanced English C1
• ~ Availability to travel
• ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the sales strategy and support the achievement of our national sales targets
