Changan Mexico is seeking a Sales and DND Director to lead our sales strategy and expand the dealer network in Mexico City. The role requires 10+ years in automotive sales, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of the Mexican market. You will drive national targets, manage dealer profitability, and collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance.

Travel may be required. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; an MBA is a plus, and advanced English (C1)

We're hiring: Sales and DND Director for Changan Mexico We're looking for a Sales and DND Director to join our team in Mexico City and lead our sales strategy and dealer network growth.

What we're looking for: Only industry related.

• ~10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks
• ~ Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position
• ~ Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market
• ~ Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability
• ~ Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• ~ Advanced English C1
• ~ Availability to travel
• ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the sales strategy and support the achievement of our national sales targets
• Grow and strengthen the Changan dealer network
• Follow up on dealer performance and profitability
• Develop sales processes and improvement plans
• Work closely with Network Development, Marketing, Aftersales and Finance
• Lead and develop the Sales team Mexico City | Polanco
