Job summary

Amazon Mexico Retail team is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed Vendor Specialist to drive growth with Amazon's top brands on amazon.com.mx. You will manage a brand’s product portfolio, deliver monthly performance reports, and lead vendor planning sessions, becoming the main vendor contact.

You’ll analyze business inefficiencies, propose process changes, maintain high product detail quality, and support marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Look after a brand’s product portfolio and contribute to improvements in user experience and monthly performance reports.
• Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as main contact for them; identify efficiency improvements and drive category growth.
