Ottimate is seeking a Vendor Outreach Specialist to help drive our Payments Operations by connecting client vendors to faster access to funding through our payment network. You will build scalable outreach processes and identify efficiencies while delivering measurable value in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll engage with accounts payable and vendor contacts, qualify leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our payment solutions.

Formación

• 0–2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to self-evaluate to achieve results.
• Ambitious, evolving environment with willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate accounts receivable/billing to locate points of contact that will accept methods of payment.
• Qualify vendors to ensure they are not bound by blockers preventing payment acceptance.
• Research vendors for necessary contact information.
• Adapt to and recommend changes in processes for outreach with new payment solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build the roots of Ottimate's Payment Operations.
• Maintain high call volume to reach out to vendors of various sizes.
